Ordering & Quotes

How do I request a quote?

Open the product you are interested in and add it to your cart, then continue to checkout. You can also use the Contact or Inquiry form, or the Send Inquiry bar on mobile product pages. Include the product, target quantity, destination country, and any customization so the supplier can price accurately.

Is the price on the product page the final price?

No. Prices are reference ranges based on current supplier information. The final price depends on specifications, order quantity, packaging, customization, Incoterm, freight, and the payment terms confirmed in the supplier's quotation or proforma invoice.

What happens after I submit an order request?

Your request is recorded and reviewed by our team. We confirm availability, MOQ, final pricing, freight, and payment terms with the supplier, then contact you by email. No payment is taken online.

What does MOQ mean, and can it be negotiated?

MOQ is the minimum order quantity set by the supplier for a product. It is shown on each listing where available. Some suppliers will accept lower trial quantities at a higher unit price — ask in your inquiry.

Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?

Usually yes, subject to the supplier's sample policy. Sample cost, lead time, and whether it is refundable against a bulk order are confirmed by the supplier. Mention the sample request in your inquiry.

Products & Suppliers

How are suppliers checked?

Supplier profiles show company details, location, main products, years in business, and any verification badge. We recommend buyers independently confirm the business licence, product certificates, factory capability, and references before placing a bulk order.

Can you source a product that is not listed on the website?

Yes. Send us the product description, reference images, target quantity, and destination through the inquiry form. We will look for suitable manufacturers, or review an OEM / ODM route if the product needs development.

Will the product match the photos and specifications exactly?

Listings are based on information provided by suppliers. Materials, colours, dimensions, and packaging can vary between production batches. Confirm the exact specification, tolerance, and packaging in the quotation and contract before production.

Do you support OEM, ODM, and private label?

Yes. OEM manufacturing follows your design and specifications; ODM starts from an existing product platform that can be customized. Logo, colour, packaging, and labelling requirements should be discussed with the supplier and confirmed in writing.

Payment

What payment methods are available?

Payment is arranged directly with the supplier, usually by bank transfer (T/T) or letter of credit (L/C) for larger orders. Online card payment is not connected on this website.

When do I need to pay?

After you receive and approve a written quotation or proforma invoice. Many suppliers ask for a deposit before production and the balance before shipment. Never pay before the product, quantity, price, and delivery terms are confirmed in writing.

Does Meetchina365 hold or protect my payment?

No. Meetchina365 is a sourcing platform and is not a party to the sales contract, so it does not collect, hold, or guarantee payments. Pay only the bank account named in the supplier's verified proforma invoice, and confirm account details through a second channel before transferring funds.

Which currency is used?

Product prices are shown in US dollars by default. The supplier may quote or invoice in another currency; the currency and exchange-rate basis should be stated in the quotation.

Shipping & Delivery

Who arranges shipping?

Shipping is agreed between you and the supplier, usually using an Incoterm such as EXW, FOB, CIF, DAP, or DDP. The supplier's quotation should state the term, named port or place, freight cost, and insurance.

Can you deliver to my country?

Most suppliers export worldwide. Availability, freight cost, and transit time depend on the destination, shipment size, and mode (sea, air, or courier). Provide your delivery address or destination port for an accurate quote.

Are import duties and taxes included?

Unless the quotation is DDP (Delivered Duty Paid), import duties, taxes, and customs clearance are the buyer's responsibility. Confirm the Incoterm and who handles clearance before ordering.

How long will delivery take?

Total lead time is production time plus transit time. Both depend on the product, order quantity, customization, supplier schedule, and shipping method. Ask the supplier to confirm each stage in writing.

How can I track my shipment?

The supplier or freight forwarder provides the tracking number, carrier details, and shipping documents. Keep the commercial invoice, packing list, and bill of lading for customs clearance.

Returns & Warranty

What should I do if goods arrive damaged or not as agreed?

Inspect the shipment on arrival and document any problem with photos, video, and the delivery receipt. Notify the supplier promptly and follow the inspection and claims procedure in your contract. We can help with communication, but the legal remedy is between you and the supplier.

Can I return products?

Return eligibility is set by the supplier contract. Customized or private-label goods are usually non-returnable unless they are defective or do not meet the agreed specification. Confirm the return policy before production.

Is there a warranty?

Warranty coverage, duration, and claim process depend on the supplier and product. Ask for the warranty terms in writing and keep them with the order documents.

Using the Website

Do I need an account to browse or send an inquiry?

No. You can browse products and suppliers, compare items, and submit an inquiry without an account. A free buyer account keeps your company details on file for faster requests.

Where are my wishlist, cart, and compare list saved?

They are stored in your browser's local storage on this device. They are not synced across devices or browsers, and clearing site data will remove them. The compare list holds up to five products.

How is my inquiry information used?

We use the details you submit to respond to your request and share relevant product or supplier information. See our Privacy Policy for how data is stored, shared, and retained.

Can I use the website in Chinese?

Yes. Use the language selector in the footer to switch between English and Chinese. Product and company content is translated where available; supplier communication is usually in English.
