Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Meetchina365 website, products, content, and sourcing tools (together, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
If you use the Platform on behalf of a company or another organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms. "You" and "your" refer to both the individual user and the organization on whose behalf the user acts.
What Meetchina365 is
Meetchina365 is a business-to-business sourcing platform for pet products. We help buyers discover products, find manufacturers and suppliers, and communicate about sourcing requirements, primarily in China. We may also publish industry content, supplier profiles, product listings, and factory media.
Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, Meetchina365 is not the manufacturer, seller, importer, exporter, distributor, or logistics provider of the products shown on the Platform. We do not take title to products and are not a party to any sale contract between a buyer and a supplier. Our role is to provide discovery, communication, and sourcing support tools.
Eligibility and business use
The Platform is intended for businesses and professional buyers. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts. You must not use the Platform if you are barred from doing so under applicable law, including export control or sanctions rules.
You are responsible for complying with the laws that apply to your business and your sourcing activities. If you use the Platform as a consumer, nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Inquiries, quotations and communications
Submitting an inquiry or request for quotation is not an order and does not create a binding contract between you and Meetchina365 or between you and a supplier. It is an invitation to discuss your requirements.
We may share your inquiry with suppliers or sourcing partners that we consider relevant. A supplier may respond with pricing, minimum order quantities, lead times, samples, or other information. Any quotation is subject to the supplier's own terms, availability, and confirmation. We do not guarantee that a supplier will respond, that pricing will be available, or that a product will meet your requirements.
You are responsible for ensuring that the information you submit is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others. Do not submit confidential information that you are not authorized to share.
Orders, payment, shipping and returns
Any purchase, payment, shipping, inspection, warranty, return, or refund arrangement is between you and the relevant supplier, unless Meetchina365 expressly agrees otherwise in a separate written agreement. The supplier's quotation, proforma invoice, sales contract, and trade terms govern the transaction.
Tools on the Platform that help you prepare a cart, submit a checkout request, or send an inquiry do not create a binding order and do not constitute a payment service. A checkout request records your sourcing requirements for review, but a binding order is created only when you and the relevant supplier agree a quotation, proforma invoice, or sales contract. No payment is collected through the checkout. You should not send payment until you have verified the supplier, the product specifications, and the payment instructions through a channel you trust.
Shipping dates, lead times, and delivery estimates are provided by suppliers or carriers and are not guarantees. Import duties, taxes, customs clearance, product certification, and destination-market compliance are the buyer's responsibility unless the supplier agrees otherwise in writing.
Supplier information and verification
Supplier profiles, product listings, factory videos, certificates, and labels such as "Audited", "Verified", or "OEM/ODM" reflect information available to us or provided by the supplier at the time of display. They are not a guarantee of product quality, manufacturing capacity, legal compliance, or future performance.
Audit status, certifications, and commercial information can change or expire. You should request current reports, certificates, references, and samples directly from the supplier and conduct your own due diligence before placing an order. Meetchina365 does not provide legal, regulatory, veterinary, or product-safety advice.
Intellectual property
The Platform, including its branding, design, software, original text, and databases, is owned by or licensed to Meetchina365 and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and use the Platform for legitimate business sourcing. You may not scrape, copy, republish, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from a substantial part of the Platform without our prior written permission.
Product photos, specifications, certificates, and supplier descriptions may be provided by suppliers or other third parties. Suppliers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to share that content and grant us permission to display it. If you believe content on the Platform infringes your rights, email chloe.song@meetchina365.com with the URL, a description of the content, and evidence of your rights. We may remove or restrict access to the content while we review the claim.

Prohibited conduct
You must not:
- Use the Platform for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful purposes.
- Submit false, misleading, or unauthorized business information, or impersonate another person or company.
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights, or upload malicious code.
- Scrape, crawl, harvest, or systematically extract data or contact details without permission.
- Bypass security measures, interfere with the Platform, or attempt to gain unauthorized access.
- Send spam, harass suppliers or buyers, or misuse inquiry or communication features.
- Use the Platform to trade restricted or prohibited products, or in violation of sanctions and export controls.
- Misrepresent a supplier relationship, product certification, or audit status.
Third-party links and services
The Platform may link to supplier websites, payment providers, logistics services, social media, or other third-party resources. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, or practices. A link does not imply endorsement. Your use of a third-party service is governed by its own terms and privacy policy.
Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of viruses, or that product, supplier, pricing, or other content is accurate, complete, or current.
We do not warrant any product or supplier, and we are not responsible for the acts or omissions of buyers, suppliers, manufacturers, carriers, or other users. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meetchina365 will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, or opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with the Platform or these Terms will not exceed the greater of (a) USD 100 and (b) the amount of fees you paid directly to Meetchina365 for the relevant service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
These limitations apply even if we have been advised of the possibility of such loss, and they do not apply to liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
To the extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless Meetchina365, its affiliates, officers, employees, and contractors from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your breach of these Terms, your misuse of the Platform, your content, or your dealings with a supplier or buyer.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Platform if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, pose a security or legal risk, or if we are required to do so by law. We may also suspend the Platform or remove content at any time for operational or legal reasons.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law, will continue to apply.
Governing law and disputes
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The competent courts at the place where the platform operator is established will have exclusive jurisdiction, unless mandatory law gives you the right to bring a claim elsewhere.
Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact us and attempt to resolve the matter in good faith. Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive relief where necessary.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. If changes are material, we may provide additional notice. By continuing to use the Platform after the effective date, you accept the revised Terms.
